BOOK THE EVENT OF A LIFETIME
During the call, we will ask a few questions and collect basic information to understand the scope of your event and provide you with an estimated budget. If everything sounds good, we can look at available dates for your event.
STEP 1: SCHEDULE AN INITIAL CALL
We can place a complimentary 7-day hold on your desired date while we work with you to plan the details of your event and provide you with a line-itemed proposal. Alternatively, you may be able to place a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 to hold the date for 30-days, allowing you more time to work out the details of your event.
STEP 2: SECURE THE DATE
Review your event proposal and contact us with any questions you may have or changes you would like to make. To move forward, simply sign the proposal and make the initial payment equal to the venue room fee (less any deposit paid when securing the date).
